Week 1 Homeworking

Dear Parents and Carers,

As a result of school being closed due to Coronavirus, your child has been provided with a home learning package. This can also be accessed from our website and will be updated each week. We hope that this will minimise disruption to the progress your child has been making in class and ensure ongoing engagement with their everyday learning.

Here, you will find a reading, writing and maths task to be completed daily, alongside an ongoing topic-based project. We have provided exercise books and a pencil for your child to record work in and ask for completed work to be returned to school to share with your child’s teacher in due course. I have also included extra school reading books, extra tricky words and paper-based challenges to complete.

Please support your child in completing these tasks wherever possible and upload images of practical tasks on Tapestry if you’re happy to do so. If you have any queries regarding your child’s home learning tasks, contact the school office on the details below, where Mrs.Burnip will forward queries to relevant teachers.
